Site Manager / Project Manager Full Time

Our client, a medium-sized construction company with offices across Ireland, is looking for a Site Manager / Project Manager to join their growing team in Limerick!

What you will need:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects in Ireland.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
• Construction-related degree or trade background.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects in Ireland

Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Implement and enforce health & safety protocols in line with company and statutory requirements.
• Maintain daily site records, reporting progress and issues to senior management.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout all phases of the build.
