Quantity Surveyor Full Time

Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge?
Our client, a highly regarded construction company specializing in new-build residential and commercial projects, is seeking a talented QS to join their growing commercial team. This is a chance to work on exciting, high-value developments and take ownership of key project aspects.

Your Role Will Involve:
• Preparing and managing budgets, cost reports, and procurement schedules.
• Valuing and certifying payments for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conducting site measurements and preparing interim valuations.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
• Working closely with the project management and site teams to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For:
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally on building projects in the UK.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to your work.
