Senior Building Surveyor Full Time

Our client, a medium company with offices across the UK are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor for their Brixworth office in England.

What you will need:
• Ideally have a RICS accredited building surveying degree
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly motivated and determined to succeed
• Represent the company at meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Hold a full driving licence and have your own transport

Responsibilities:
• Party wall surveying on a wide variety of projects
• CDM commissions including acting as principal designer
• Undertaking building surveys
• Defects investigations
• Contract administration
• Preparing specifications and schedules of work
• Assisting with asbestos surveys
• Preparing construction management plans
• Carrying out schedules of conditions
• Advise on dilapidations
• General technical support for all building surveying disciplines
