Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and the site workforce.
• Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and quality procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact on-site for clients and project stakeholders.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications, resolving any issues that arise.

About You:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on significant building projects (e.g., commercial, residential, healthcare).
• A relevant degree or trade qualification.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, BCAR, and Irish building regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commitment to quality and safety.
