Estimator Full Time

Our client, a large company with offices across Ireland are looking for an Estimator for their Cork office in Ireland.

What you will need:
• At least 5 years in an estimating or an estimating/QS role
• Third level qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
• Must have excellent IT skills including familiarity with MS office applications including Excel and a QS or related package

Responsibilities:
• Collating accurate, detailed and timely tenders based on drawings, specifications, bill of quantities and other information so as to secure profitable work orders
• Sourcing subcontractors and supplier quotations
• Analysing information for ambiguity, risk and qualification and seeking clarification where necessary
